Ka-yuen LEUNG is currently studying Japanese
in Osaka. She earned her first degree in
Linguistics in City University of Hong Kong in
2012. Her research interests include Chinese
character processing of adult native speakers,
character recognition and memorization. She
would like to express her gratitude to Dr. Bin LI,
her supervisor, for her guidance and support.

Vanlee Tsz-yan LEE is currently working

in the Events and Visitors Department in
an educational organization dedicated to
furthering the understanding of the countries

offering cultural discussions of Pan-Asian
subjects and the impact of global concerns on
