I wish to congratulate Wenxiang DAI (

), recipients of this year’s OAPS awards from
the Department of Economics and Finance. These outstanding students did
an equity research project on Agile Property (SEHK 3383.HK) in Semester A
2012/13.
They spent a lot of time doing research on the value drivers of this company,
and also examined the cost structure and risk factors for this company. Through
this project, they have developed their professional skills to analyze a property
development company and gained a deeper insight into the property sector in
Mainland China.
The department is very pleased with their outstanding work.
