Dennis Chi-chung TO is currently studying in
the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at City
University of Hong Kong (CityU). He earned
his Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) at CityU in
2012. His research interests include alternative
dispute resolution and international commercial
arbitration. He likes to express his gratitude
to Professor Romesh WEERAMANTRY, his
supervisor, for his unreserved guidance and
support throughout the research. He intends
to incorporate his research interests into his
future practice.

Franklin KOO is a research assistant at City
University of Hong Kong and an accredited
CEDR mediator. He has degrees from
University of Toronto and University of London
in 2007 and 2010 respectively. He earned his
City University of Hong Kong LLB degree with
First Class Honours in 2012. His interests
include legal writing and have published in the
Hong Kong Lawyer and City University Law
