Zando Kin-wai LAM is currently working in
Human Resources filed. His major duties are
recruitment, compensation and benefit and
staff relation. He earned his bachelor degree
in Psychology in City University of Hong Kong
in 2012. He has been awarded The Best Final
Year Project Prize by the Department of Social
Studies in 2012. He enjoys doing research
and his research interests are personality
psychology and social psychology. He would
like to express his gratitude to Dr. Sam YE, for
the his great support and encouragement.
Winnie Ka-ling LEUNG is currently studying
a master degree programme in Chinese
University of Hong Kong with a major of
Sociology. She obtained her first degree
of applied in sociology in City University of
Hong Kong in 2012. She would like to thank
Dr. Jacky CHEUNG, her final year project
supervisor, for her encouragement, stimulation
and guidance in writing this paper.
