Edmond Cheuk-man HO, is currently working
in a Japanese merchandising company as
a Management Trainee. He earned his first
class honours degree in Sociology in City
University of Hong Kong in 2012. His research
focused on formulating a comprehensive
urban regeneration approach in Hong Kong by
identifying the definition of urban regeneration
from the US and the UK, and studying
the foreign experiences from three Asian
countries. He likes to thank his supervisor, Mr.
Simon FUNG, for his valuable guidance and
unceasing support in completing this paper.
Belle Mei-yan NG, has been working in
education field since graduation. She was
graduated from City University of Hong
Kong with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in
Criminology, and seeks to pursue further
study in education. Her research interests
include child development, youth problem and
abnormal psychology. She would like to deliver
her sincere gratitude to Dr. Lennon Yao-chung
CHANG, her final year project supervisor,
for his countless patience and inspiration in
finishing this research.

Katy Wing-yin LIU is currently working in
social service sector. She graduated from
City University of Hong Kong in 2012.Her
research interests include humor, personality
and positive psychology. She likes to thank
Dr. Xiao-dong YUE, her supervisor, for his
guidance and support in writing this paper.
Yin-ha NG is currently working as a Human
Resources and Administrative Officer in a
financial company, handling full spectrum of
Human Resource and Administrative functions,
mainly recruitment and payroll. She obtained
her degree in Criminology in City University of
Hong Kong in 2012. Research interest includes
restorative justice, youth and Criminal Justice
System and juvenile delinquency.
