Department of Physics and Materials Science
The Department of Physics and Materials Science is proud to be represented
by two dissertations of Mr. Yishu FOO and Ms. Mika Mei-ka TSANG, in this
year’s OAPS project.
Over time, we have observed their intellectual growth and have been impressed
by their outstanding academic performance. We have taken note of their
systematic academic work and of their maintaining the top rank among their
fellow classmates. Their accomplishments reflect the commitments and abilities
of our students.
OAPS has provided a platform for our students to share their outstanding work
with peers. With OAPS and other initiatives to encourage research and serious
academic pursuits, we hope that more and more students will be committed
to their scientific careers. With scientific curiosity, we believe that they will be
making more discoveries in their future research and scientific lives.
